Clarity Coaching

Together we'll uncover your thinking patterns to see how they influence your habits and pinpoint the first steps you can take toward change.

This package includes three 45-minute coaching sessions, which will lead to a short-term plan for your cultivating a foundation that leads to overall wellness.

Holy Whole Program

$395

The Holy Whole Wellness Program is for Christian women seeking to care for their heart, mind, and body with wholehearted devotion to God.

The program includes three 60-Minute Sessions, spaced one week apart: (1) Awareness Session - pinpointing the beliefs that got you to this place, (2) Vision Session - pinpointing where you want to be in 3, 6 and 12 months from now, (3) Strategy Session - pinpointing the steps you'll put in place, plus (4 & 5) two 30-minute sessions, spaced 30 days apart, for accountability.
