Isn’t it time you know exactly what ingredients, and potentially toxins, you’re putting on your body?
But without becoming a chemist, how can you decipher the ingredients list?
Fortunately, there are wonderful resources and organizations that have simplified the process for you, like the Dirty Dozen Cosmetic Chemicals to Avoid put together by the David Suzuki organization. You can also use the Environmental Working Group resources to search your products for toxins. I’ve taken it a step further by creating a quick and easy reference chart so that we – yes, I need it as much as you might – can review the ingredients in our current products and decide which ones contain toxins to be ditched for safe alternatives.
My number one recommendation is to consider the products available through Young Living, which includes a full line of skin care, hair care, body care, and cleaning products. You can use this checklist to help you transition. Young Living is committed to keeping you toxin-free with ease. Plus, there is no other company that is willing to pay you to use their products!
