Honestly, I wouldn’t have believed you without seeing it for myself. I stumbled upon a picture from six months before I started Whole30 and moved toward eliminating toxins from my life. I was that girl who said I could never give up chocolate or sugar or ice cream. I said I could never eat veggies or salads or fruits. Well, now I’m that girl who can live without the sweets and yet indulge a bit from time to time without wrecking my habits. I’ve changed. That’s a miracle. So can you.
