Seven Must Have Wellness Products for Women

Have you ever considered how to use essential oils to specifically care for your “women’s” wellness needs?

It’s one thing to have a strong immune system, but what about the areas of wellness that pertain specifically to our hormones, reproductive system, endocrine system, and even heart health and weight management?

Sister, we have an opportunity to impact our quality of life by choosing how we care for our health.

I know, you’re thinking genetics overrides habits.  Yes, when you have a gene-marker for cancer, it’s not something to ignore. But as the daughter-in-law of a forty-plus year cancer survivor with the BRCA gene, I am convinced that the way we care for our health matters much.

Wellness with Oils, Especially for Women's Special Needs

My mother-in-law has set a beautiful example for me in how she’s devoted herself to staying fit with her exercise routine (something I can stand to devote some more hours toward), eating well, and being attentive to her medical care. To be honest, I bet she never thought I’d one day become as focused on my health as she is. I never saw it coming either.

I spent my entire adult life sick, struggling with IBS as well as join paint from Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome.

But thanks to the use of essential oils and transitioning to a whole food lifestyle, I am literally a new woman living comfortably in the skin I’m in.

I’m no longer sick and running to the bathroom or suffering from chronic pain. Yes, my joints still ache from time-to-time, especially when the weather changes, but now I have healthy, toxic-free ways to manage it with essential oils.

Plus, losing over thirty pounds (8 months after starting Whole30) causes less strain on my joints and muscles and an anti-inflammatory whole food, sugar-reduced diet helps too! With less sugar, I’m definitely less moody and emotional, no longer driven by cravings! Plus, I’m minimizing my risk of cancer, since sugar, processed foods, and toxins feed cancer.

Changing our diet alone can’t fully address the needs of our female health.

Our hormonal and endocrine balance needs a little TLC and we also need to focus on increasing heart health.

Did you know that heart disease is the leading cause of death in the United States for women followed closely by cancer? (source)

We don’t need to be afraid of statistics, but we ought to be mindful of them and choose simple steps to care for our health. With the product line available at Young Living and their incredible essential rewards program, I’ve been able to focus on one area of women’s health each month.

If you don’t have the Starter Kit that gives you wholesale membership access, we’ve got to talk! There is no better option, especially when you get all your oils paid for and free oils every month!

Yes, caring for our health can be that simple, especially when you understand what each product can do for you. So where should you start? These “must haves” cover the spectrum of our hormonal, endocrine, heart, and bone health!
